About

Come for the lake, stay for the fire pit. Renovated farmhouse minutes from Lake Cumberland with two private king bedrooms, a loft with two twin beds, and an arcade room for rainy days. Pet friendly. Bring the boat, the driveway fits a trailer. Out back, a patio with dining, a sitting area, and a fire pit under string lights. Safe Harbor Jamestown marina is down the road; State Dock and Wolf Creek Dam about 15 min. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi. One bathroom, and we say so up front.

Good to know

The main floor has one king bedroom and the full bathroom. Upstairs, the stairs open into a loft with two twin beds, and the second king bedroom is reached by walking through the loft. The loft is open to the stairway, so it works best for kids or a group that doesn't mind sharing the upstairs.

Other Details to Note

Every stay includes a short guest agreement covering house rules, occupancy and pets. You sign it online after booking, and your door code is sent once it's signed. Exterior cameras cover the driveway, front entrance and back of the house. There are no cameras inside.

House Rules

Registered guests only, up to 6 overnight. Friends and family are welcome to visit, and small get-togethers are fine as long as the house is left in good shape. If anyone else will stay the night, just let us know ahead of time. No open-invite or advertised parties, and nothing that bothers the neighbors. Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Fire pit must be fully out before bed (water, not dirt). Toilet paper only in the toilet. Pets: house-trained dogs only, max 2, pet fee applies. Your door code is issued after you sign our short guest agreement, and it expires at checkout.

Neighborhood

A quiet country spot minutes from Lake Cumberland, with a Dollar General right next door for quick runs. Safe Harbor Jamestown marina is just down the road, and State Dock, Wolf Creek Dam and the fish hatchery are about 15 minutes away. In town you will find Springs Diner for breakfast, Stropolis for homemade Italian, and Kroger and Price Less IGA for groceries.
